…100 years of excellence!!
The university and college recognition rites coincided with the day when a time capsule was buried in simple ceremonies at DLSU, as part of the celebrations for the DLSU centennial. I took some pictures for posterity.

There were actually three Macanese houses open for public viewing. The first one showcased what a traditional Macanese house would look like inside. The second had the photograph exhibit. This third one had exhibits of various aspects of the Portuguese heritage, not necessarily in Macau.

I did not go to the actual graduation ceremonies (which is starting right about now…). Instead, I attended the recognition rites given by both the college and the university on June 16, 2010. Here are my pictures of the events:

Almost by accident, Akoh and I found our way to the most important cultural landmark of Macau. We were just going to the Red Market to do some shopping and somehow stumbled into this church façade. Good for us!
